How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK, while international orders can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our pieces are limited edition to ensure exclusivity, but we do restock core favorites. Sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page to be the first to know.

How do I find my size?

We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or sizing down for a bodycon look.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options including Klarna and Clearpay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
